This wonderful 1918 cottage has been gutted to stud and re-created!  It now has two adorable one bedroom, one bath custom apartments!  It has an all new roof system with lots of insulation, a new floor system, all new internal wall configuration with in-wall insulation, all new wiring, all new plumbing, including separate 40 gallon hot water tanks in each apartment.  Each apartment has a brand new central air and heat systems, all the windows are new double pane insulated windows.  Both apartments have new “Eat In” kitchens with side by side refrigerators that have ice and water in the door.  Dish washers, and in sink garbage disposals and beautiful new bathrooms with fully restored antique claw foot tubs with shower kits and washer dryers in each apartment.   The front apartment has a large living room, kitchen area with tall ceilings and lots of ceiling fans.  The back apartment has a upstairs bedroom with a convenient half bath and a big walk in closet and lots of windows that make you feel like you are in a “Tree House” (hence the name of this Dream Cottage).
